Engine Service 1. Change engine oil. 2. Change engine oil filter. 3. Replace sump plug washer. 4. Spark Plugs chage (Petrol engines). 5. Inspect for engine oil leaks. 6. Change air filter. 7. Check all tyres pressure. 23. Inspect all shock absorbers/struts. 24. Inspect exhaust sys for routing, security & leaks. 25. Check washer bottle level. 26. Check operation of front windscreen washer. 27. Check operation of rear windscreen washer. 28. Check/Report sunroof guide rails. 29. Check report seat slides. 30. Check catalytic converter condition. 31. Check fuel system leaks. 32. Check underbody condition/sealant. 33. Check condition of CV boots. Electrical related 34. Check battery terminal condition. 35. Check battery specific gravity. 36. Inspect / top up if required battery electrolyte level. 37. Check instruments and controls. 38. Inspect/operate headlights. 39. Inspect/operate brake lights. 40. Inspect/operate horn. 41. Inspect/operate indicators. 42. Inspect filler caps & battery security. 43. Check/Report instrument illumination. Cooling System 44. Check coolant level. 45. Check cooling system for leaks. 46. Check coolant concentration. 47. Check thermostat operation. 48. Check cooling fan operation. 49. Check radiator condition. 50. Check cooling and heater hoses. 51. Check water pump operation. 52. Check fan belt tensioner.
